You are cordially invited to the academic conference “Modern Challenges and Prospects of the Administrative Procedure Act” hosted by the Institute for Future Strategy at Seoul National University, in cooperation with the Korean Society of Comparative Public Law and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

This conference will go beyond simply considering how the Administrative Procedure Act should respond to the digitalisation of administration, the use of artificial intelligence (AI), and the acceptance of automated administrative dispositions in light of the unprecedented pace of ICT development. We will explore how these issues can and should be legislated.
