- Establish a long-term fertility goal for future Korean society and derive a step-by-step plan for achieving it
- Identify future generations' perceptions of the low birthrate issue and ideas for innovative solutions
- Refine students' policy ideas and enhance their feasibility through expert mentoring
- Propose creative and effective policy alternatives to solve the low birthrate problem and publish a policy report
